**Title : Account & Admin exe**

Location : Damansara Intan

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business : Established IT solution Provider

Handling full set of accounts in compliance with the reporting standards (including AR/AP/GL/Cash & Bank/BS/P&L)
- Prepare invoicing/debit notes, accruals control, verification of supplier invoices and collections.
- Assist in preparation management accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly. as requested)
- Handle and prepare the report as per HQ's requirements.
- Closing of financial accounts on a monthly basis within set deadlines.
- Cash flow reporting and monitoring of company cash flow position & day to day transactions.
- Ensure compliance in accounting standards, statutory filing requirements and reporting in line with the company's policies and procedures.
- Responsible for payments - online banking and cheques issuance.
- Check and post staff claims & petty cash claims.
- Ensure accounting transactions are correctly and accurately posted in accounting system.
- Administrative works (Office Maintenance, Filling, ETC).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.
- Ensure the tax entries are correctly and accurately posted in accounting system.
- Handling bi-monthly SST submission.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
