Accounts Exe

This position will be supporting the supervisor in the area of AR & GL. This role will also be required to work with the various departments in the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable(AR) and General Ledger (GL), fixed assets and will be working closely with various departments in all AP and GL related matters.
- To verify invoices, match with purchase orders and receipts and ensure proper documentation.
- To prepare and process payments for outsource services, suppliers, petty cash, and intercompany transactions.
- To establish and maintain robust controls for recurring payments to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Involve in preparation of audit schedules, financial reports, quarter reports, variance analysis, bank reconciliations, forecasts and budgeting process, as well as providing support in preparing and collating arrears control management report.
- Other duties include year-end audits, tax filing/compliance, ad hoc assignments when required and system enhancement.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
