About the Role
As an EVP Specialist, you will be developing, implementing, and continuously improving our Employee Value Proposition to ensure that it aligns with our strategic objectives and resonates with potential and current employees. You will be a key driver in crafting a workplace environment that attracts, retains and engages top talent while encouraging a sense of pride and dedication among our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. EVP Activation- Collaborate with HR COEs, Marketing, and other relevant divisions to build and implement initiatives that reflect AIA’s purpose, culture and competitive positioning.- Lead on-ground activation at university and career fairs.- Supervise employee feedback and satisfaction metrics to assess the effectiveness of the EVP and make vital adjustments.
2. EVP Communication- Craft compelling messaging and communication materials that effectively convey our EVP to external audiences.- Lead employer branding award submissions that compellingly portray AIA Malaysia’s EVP strategy.- Collaborate with HR COEs and the Marketing team to develop EVP-related content for the company's LinkedIn page.
3. Talent Acquisition and Retention- Collaborate with the recruitment team to integrate the EVP into the talent acquisition process to help attract top talent.- Research industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure our EVP remains driven and appealing to top talent.
4. Performance Metrics- Define key performance indicators to measure the success of key initiatives.- Establish visible presence and participation at career fairs.- Craft compelling award submissions to secure wins.- Regularly report on EVP performance and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Human Resources, Business or any other relevant education or related experiences.
Work experience: At least 3-5 years work experience in a related-role.
General Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Sound understanding of HR, employer branding and talent management is a plus point; Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions;
Analytical mentality to use data for creative execution.
