**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring across Petron Malaysia.
- Work closely with business lines to fulfil the hiring requirements.
- Expand the talent pipelines from time to time.
- Develop and keep up-to-date on sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Handle on new employee orientation to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Facilitate career fairs and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain rapport with universities and third party agencies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
