Overview:
THE ROLE: (Brief summary of what you are looking for)

Analyst, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring up to manager level positions across APAC and ensure relevant processes are delivered effectively providing excellence customer services at all times.

Success is measured on quality of hire, time to fill, customer satisfaction feedback, relationship building and return on recruitment spend and investment.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver a full-suite of Talent Acquisition transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs in the region/country, with global standardization.
- Provides recruitment technical expertise for processing the recruitment process in accordance with Herbalife policies and guidelines to the business stakeholders.
- Resolve complex questions which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policies and procedures and be the SME for complex matters across recruitment.
- Select recruitment sources and techniques to effectively fulfill the client and the organization’s hiring needs. Eventually this will extend to beyond manager level roles within APAC. Research and identify innovative and cost effective for advertisement of job vacancies.
- Analyze and evaluate new and existing job descriptions, ensuring job descriptions are maintained, edited and posted in the recruitment system aligned with Herbalife job descriptions requirements.
- Possess and maintain on-going knowledge of the latest recruiting strategies (including social media) utilizing a high level of creativity and latitude.
- Develop networks utilizing various professional organizations, internet space and direct sourcing to attract top talent.
- Build databases, drive proactive sourcing and develop a talent pipeline to hire for complex positions such as niche roles.
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.
- Coach and advise hiring managers with effective recruiting practices to ensure polices and legal requirements are in compliance.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:

- Team player and effectively able to communicate with all levels, up through executive management.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Innovative and creative with identifying passive recruitment methods
- Strong ability to build and cultivate internal and external relationships by providing coaching, guidance and direction to hiring managers
- Passionate and displays a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Outstanding ability to research and identify innovative and cost effective advertising vehicles
- Exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-tasks and meet the timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Languages:

- English is a MUST, and communicate effectively, both written and verbally in English
- Additional second language in Malay, or Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years corporate recruiting experience, in a multi-national organization or recruitment agencies
- Excellent skilled in utilizing Behavioral Based Interviewing methods
- Experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo or iCIMS

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree required in any discipline, and preferably Business Administration, Human Resource Management or HR relevant fields.
