Main responsibilities:

- ️Handle inbound calls for SG market
- ️Solving customer's enquiries or complaints regarding products or services
- ️Promoting current promotion or package to the call-in customers (when chance arise)
- Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
