**Job description**:
- To head the Medical Claims Experience Unit
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Manage and track all medical claims submissions to meet service charter
- Spearhead system improvement to enhance processes and turn-around-time (TAT)
- Provide prompt response and good customer experience at all times
- Compilation of periodical report and analysis to management on timely basis
- Conduct training, presentation and health awareness talk
**Job requirement**:
- Possess tertiary qualification in Medical Degree (MBBS/ MD or equivalent) or Nursing Degree / Diploma with medical practical experience.
- Proven experience with minimum of 5 years in a similar position preferably in a hospital, insurance provider, PA handling medical claims
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
- Good written & communication skills, enjoy interacting with people at all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Meticulous and possess good organizational and leadership skill
- Ability to multitask, work as a team / independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
