Claims Assessor Executive

We are a third party claims assessor for insurance companies. We assess travel and medical claims in accordance with the insurance companies' guidelines.
**Job duties and responsibilities**:
- Process travel and medical insurance claim
- All claims are appropriately handled, documented, evaluated and investigated within the Guidelines.
- Identify potential for fraudulent/recovery in claims.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly review of Aging files.
- To meet deadline in submission of assignments, monthly claims status reports and any other ad hoc reports as and when required.
- To provide fast, efficient and courteous claims service to all clients within the standards established by the Company.
- To ensure proper complaint handling, including prompt escalations, acknowledgements and timely updates to clients.
- To provide support, input and conduct systems testing during implementation or as and when required
- To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/other requirements.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Added advantage will be given to those who possess a minimum of 2 years travel/medical insurance claims
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or any other languages will be an added advantage
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
