DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Responsible for the planning and coordination of fleet related activities and projects in the company.
- Plan the network of workshop vendors, arrangement of transfers of vehicles, mobilize idle vehicles for periodic maintenance and checking, parking space planning, Puspakom checks, roadtax and insurance renewal for SPX vehicles across different functions and teams.
- In charge of owning the fleet vehicles tracking and ownership of vehicles to drivers across SPX functions.
- Set up procedures for nomination of drivers, transfer of vehicles, responsibility chains for drivers, framing the guidelines for drivers on maintenance procedures, accident procedures, summons procedures and such.
- Supporting any other projects and initiatives that allow the company vehicles to operate with minimum downtime but not limited to monitoring the OPEX such as petrol and tolls to identify cost saving opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Prior engagement in process improvements and operations planning would be an added advantage.
- Portray the ability to manage complex issues, solutions oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams.
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
