Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
**Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand trends and competition.
**Leasing Strategy**: Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants.
**Tenant Relations**: Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
**Negotiation**: Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
**Marketing**: Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
**Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, lease renewals, and financial performance of the property.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or relevant role.
3. Strong knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
