Bandar Kinrara, Malaysia Trinity Group Sdn Bhd Full time

Perform collection of rental fee, book-keeping administration.
- Accounting to ensure up to date credit control.
- Prepare leasing report, monthly rental collection, cash flow projection
- Bank reconciliation.
- Taking care office administrative necessary and attending leasing enquries
- Prepare offer letter, tenancy agreement, renewal letter and so on
- Responsible for the rental collection issuance notice etc.
- Assist additional task as at request by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduated at least in Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in **Accounts** or equivalent.
- Junior Executive with 1-2 year Accounting working experience
- Working experience in retail/leasing will be added advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outspoken and friendly attitude.
- With own transport and able to work at **Bandar Kinrara** (Puchong)
- Full Time position
