Position:

- Full-time
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (half-day alternate)
- Probation: 6 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounts receivable (AR), (AP) related activities, prepare daily processing supplier invoices and payment transaction.
- Assist in the day-to-day operation, account and admin activities in account department.
- Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
- Take responsibilities for general administrative duties.
- Assist in general HR related matters such as leave record, medical claim, trip report submission, attendance report, monthly report etc.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
- Other ad-hoc job / projects / task be delegated by superior from time to time.Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or accounting educated background, with working experience and knowledge in book keeping and accounting (AR) & (AP).
- At least one year of relevant experience is required.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantages.
- Familiarize with Sovy system.
- Able to support operations in billing and administration such as attendance, leave record and others.
- Disciplined, responsible and punctual.
- Good working attitude, committed, independent and team work.
- Must be able work on Saturday (half day - alternate).
- Possess own transport and willing to work at Bandar Botanik, Klang.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
