- Main tasks include assisting Chief Admin Officer, managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, arranging travel, organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Required skills: time management, computer proficiency, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and confidentiality.
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role is an added advantage
- Residing in Klang Valley, Kajang, Bangi, Nilai and surrounding areas (added advantage)
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- Have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Own transport (Transport allowance available)
- Female
