**Job Description**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing, promotional projects and new product launching are effectively co-ordinated, all deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively
- Assist in analyzing market trends and monitoring results after implementation
- Manage digital advertisement, social media campaigns and activities including online advocacy, writing editorial, influencer marketing, community outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
- Liaise with Graphic Designer to ensure clear and engaging graphic communications for print and web that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members interactions. This will include marketing/communication brochures, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Create editorial calendars and schedules to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary.
- Write and distribute blog articles and e-newsletters to subscribers.
- Manage all social media communications while moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage branding, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance based on marketing activities, analytics and market analysis to improve and optimize marketing work
- Other additional ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

**As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to**:

- Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
- Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
- Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience is required for this position
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
- Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
- Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
