Logistics Assistant Manager

Have a strong customer service & problem-solving skills;
- Able to work 5+1 days a week;

- Able to work under pressure - tight datelines, tight SOP and mínimal supervision; and
- Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
**Job Responsibility**
- Respond to customer's service related issues by providing accurate information based on SOP to resolve problems/issues that arise.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to optimize order picking, packing, and shipping processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and market trends.
- Manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Report regularly to management on operational performance and suggest improvements.
