Office Administrator

Answer the telephone, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department. Manage basic bookkeeping duties. Prepare and mail receipts, contracts, and invoices. Help with office management and organization processes. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability Transcribe, record, fax and file documents. Book flights and accommodation as required. Communicate with clients and employees, and respond to any queries or complaints. Processing activity from accounts payable and receivable Handling payroll, and performing other office-related tasks. Is responsible for the overall operations of the office. Must be good in Microsoft Excel
