- Assist in all certification process: Halal, HACCP, MESTI and QSC.
- Developing and implementing learning and development programs in line with Company objectives and

business needs.- Identify training needs and analysis of the employees which focusing on continuous improvement and career

development plan- Assist with R&D and communications on new menu launching.
- All documentations requirement in training department and etc.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training

and development events and resources- Outstation & domestic travelling is required.
- Conduct training to all employees based on monthly/quarterly training schedule.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that all restaurants adhere strictly to the SOP.
- Report and discuss any discrepancies with the Operations and Training Department management
- Cooperate and assist in the opening of new outlets.
- Train staff to deliver legendary customer service.
- Perform any other reasonable task as determined by superiors.
- To test, re-test and confirm the feasibility of current and future SOP’s
- Monitor and ensure the training and development for all level of personnel and ensure that the trainings are

carried out as per SOP.- Plan, identify, communicate and rectify any operations shortcoming.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members and management in each department.
- Prepare and handle staff training internal training and on-the-job training for wholly own and franchisees.
