Talent and People Development Executive

The Talent and People Development Executive is responsible for the training and professional development of the company’s employees. The purpose is to help the Head of Department to coordinate, organize and develop programmes, inhouse trainings and external trainings. Friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide support in the identification of relevant interventions, programs & potential programmes that would be best suited to meet the capability development objectives.
- Regularly communicate and promote suitable capability development.
- Primary administrator to HRDC / similar government-funded initiative's processes, policies, schemes and portal as to ensure optimal utilization of value and benefits offered.
- Measure the training program evaluation / effectiveness and provide initial recommendations on potential areas for improvements.
- Conduct relevant gap analysis and reporting to keep track of planned interventions and KPI progress.
- Research, initiate and maintain contact with the relevant external partners, institutions, professional bodies, agencies etc. that would help to further strengthen the culture agenda and capability development efforts of the Company.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree holder in relevant field with at least 5 years experience.
- Additional professional certification in a Human Resources, Organization Development and others related would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity in handling a variety of training platforms and methods in the Food & Beverage Business will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience / familiarity in HRDC / similar government-funded initiative's processes, policies, schemes and portal.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
