Business Development Executive

Execute and oversee invested projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare and monitor the submission of documents such as financial costing, project review reports, presentations and minutes meetings (if necessary)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies as needed.
- Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and relevant Divisions, production and operation to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Track project performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Assist in providing value-adding and perform follow-up ensuring closures of issues.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and drive best practices in project management.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Economics, Business, Project Management or a related field.: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Mandarin (preferred)
