**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our product and trainings.
- Systematically follow up on leads, converting prospects into sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Overcome objections and highlight the value proposition of our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members and share insights to optimize sales strategies.

**Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in tele sales or a related sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
