The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our training programs to corporate clients.
Resources:
- Ready & existing database in soft and hardcopy
Responsibilities: - Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision
- makers within target companies.
- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively position our training solutions.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of training programs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
- Highly motivated and targetoriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
