About the team
Our Safety Operations undertake international product safety & relating model data labelling and strategies improvement business, which includes training and optimizing the existing safety and related models, verifying the effects of the models, assisting in the optimization of safety and related strategies, improving moderation efficiency and ensuring the safety of the platform and users.
Responsibilities
- Leading overall Safety Operations team for KL site which includes leader, QA, SME, Labeller and trainer roles, responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes T&S and related model labelling, risk strategy analysis and metrics monitoring.
- Develop a strategy and support the business delivery of policy/guidelines/SOP optimization, quality management, RCA logic, data analysis and all to support the end to end project success.
- Develop and lead the execution of the whole team by optimizing team structure, cooperation process to meet high business expectations.
- Coach and enable team leads on people management and initiatives, by providing regular feedback and mentoring.
- Coach and support leads to developing and/or enhancing the Quality framework, methods for performance management, tracking KPIs, and working for any performance improvement initiatives.
- Work with Ops Leadership and XFN teams to understand various project nature in order to ensure alignment of quality assessment procedures and data delivery with product strategies.
- Partner with cross functional partners to develop and effective partnership that delivers on business requirements.
- Lead your team to detect, land and optimize any efficiency, productivity and accuracy improvement opportunities.
- Analyse data first hand to validate recommendations made by your team in order to drive continuous quality improvement across partner sites and workflows.
- Enhance the quality process with automation of metrics by creation of dashboards.
- Validate information of RCA reports created by your team and present findings to key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that our BPO partners meet and exceed quality targets and provide support needed to achieve objectives deep dives, make reports & policy recommendations and triage escalations.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business, Economics or Statistics
- Machine learning/labeling-related experience is strongly preferred
- 3+ years in Content Quality, TnS Operations, or a similar industry
- 3+ years experience of people management and managing managers, (Ideally in a global organisation) with a focus on performance, culture, engagement and people growth and development
- Experience of partnership with BPOs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis to derive key insights; Able to explain data and trends with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working cross-functionally, in a highly matrix, global organisation with external and internal teams with the ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to lead effectively, prioritise projects, and ensure the delivery of high quality work under time constraints. Strong experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, or Operational Maturity methodologies.
