Job Overview:
We are seeking a competitive and motivated Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to join our passionate team. This role is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and highly motivated to contribute to our sales processes and overall success.Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including documentation and administrative support.
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are handled correctly.
- Prepare, monitor, and organize project tender documentation and submissions, under the guidance of a superior.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents for easy reference and retrieval.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field (Fresh graduates in business-related fields are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent written and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
