Working Days : Monday - Friday : 08.30 am - 05.30 pm
: Alternate Saturday : 08.30 am - 12.30 pm
Job Descriptions:
- Assist Executive Director to handle personal matters.
- Upkeep rental units and factory utilities.
- Handles administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating & following up on pending matters.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as per management required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or personal assistance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
