**HR**
- Handling salary calculation which includes EPF, SOCSO, PCB and EIS contributions. Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
- Forming and maintaining employee files/records.
- Hiring new staff.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, etc
- Handling ISO internal audit and updating the files.
- Handling registration and renewal of CIDB, SEDA, MIDA, MOF, and other future official licenses.
- Assisting in preparing and filing Coara Marang, Coara Holding and other various documents as needed.
- Preparing the weekly meeting minutes.
- Preparing official letters for Coara Solar and its associate companies.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Communicating with external partners.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as HR initiatives, training, performance, absence, expenses per employee, company staff turnover etc.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Assisting Directors as required.

**Admin**
- Provides additional administrative support for team members as needed.
- Handling registration and renewal of CIDB, SEDA, MIDA, MOF and other future official licenses.
- Utilizing organizational skills to track orders and keep accurate records. Implementing filing systems that are efficient and ensuring that all important documents can be found easily and quickly.

- Supporting employees update spreadsheets and maintain databases with Excel.
- Performing and organizing delivery and pick up of documents with acknowledgment at various companies, banks, government offices etc.
- Utilizing communications skills talking to customers or clients, liaising with team members, and answering phone calls.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- LHDN Stamping and etc.
- Take care of various tasks and job requested by the director.
