**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of 3-5 employees on the following areas:

- **HR Policy**
- Champion and maintain Malaysia HR Policy and ensure its alignment with Group Human Capital overall HR policy and guideline.
- Proactively propose and implement changes to support business and employee needs
- **Recruitment**
- Create manpower strategy to develop a talent pool.
- Lead manpower discussions with hiring managers with the support of HRBPs.
- Ensure HRBPs manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, in line with manpower forecast.
- **Employee/HR Administration**
- Ensure proper employee lifecycle administration (onboarding to off-boarding) to create a positive employee experience and fulfil ISO requirements.
- Lead and support efforts to digitise and digitalise HR admin processes and files.
- **Learning & Development**
- Ensure proper Training Management (including HRDCorp fund utilisation).
- Lead and support Learning & Development function across the Company (including training needs analysis, creating and conducting in-house training, and managing any internship related programs).
- **Industry Relations/Employee Relations**
- Provide advisory services and ensure compliance with employment/labor-related legislation and best practices, assist with the investigations, facilitation of the grievance process, and monitor the employee relationship.
- Demonstrate the capability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues from IR perspective.
- Hands-on practice in domestic inquiries and misconduct management, with the support of HRBPs.
- **Strategic HR Projects**
- Plan and organise the team to effectively execute HR projects locally.
- Lead and support HR strategies such as manpower planning, performance management, talent management, and career development.
- **Payroll and C&B**
- Ensure payroll runs smoothly in a timely manner with zero errors, with the support of the payroll team.
- Ensure the company's C&B practices are competitive and that employees' wellbeing are taken care of holistically beyond financial rewards.

**Key requirements**:

- Min. Degree in Business Admin/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min. 8 years of working experience in HR (in a company with >500 headcount), with a successful track record of managing a team
- Possess solid working knowledge and experience in all areas of HR (recruitment, payroll & admin, C&B, L&D, IR & ER, and strategic HR)
- Digitally savvy with a strong improvement mindset
- Great communication in English (both written & oral) with the ability to work stakeholders of all levels
- Adaptable and possess strong problem solving skills

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
