Responsible for the development and implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001, including policies, strategies, procedures, training, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct internal audit; Responsible for preparation of external audit.

Ø Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with the requirements of each ISO standard. Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.

Ø Hold periodic management review meetings to discuss IMS performance, review KPIs, and make decisions for improvement.

Ø Ensure proper control and versioning of documents related to the IMS, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Ø Track employee training and competence to ensure that staff are adequately trained in IMS-related processes and responsibilities.

Ø Implement a system for reporting and investigating incidents related to quality, environmental, and safety issues. Track incident rates and root causes.

Ø Conduct environmental impact assessments to evaluate the organization's activities and their potential environmental effects. Monitor progress in mitigating negative impacts.

Ø Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards. Regularly review risk assessments and take corrective actions to reduce risks.

Ø Ensure that emergency plans and responses are in place for both environmental and safety incidents. Conduct drills and exercises and evaluate their effectiveness.

Ø Assess and monitor the performance of suppliers and contractors regarding their compliance with ISO requirements and IMS objectives.

Ø Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety to ensure ongoing compliance.

Ø Prepare for and undergo external certification audits by accredited bodies for each ISO standard.

Ø Generate regular performance reports that summarize IMS performance, progress toward objectives, and areas requiring attention or improvement

Ø Maintain effective communication channels to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the IMS.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
