Azure Cloud Consultant

JOB SCOPE:

- Implement Cloud Solutions
- Implement Microsoft Based technologies including install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade on Windows Servers.
- Serve primarily as a billable resource for on-site technical consulting engagements

Communicate with clients to coordinate technical engagements and set engagement expectations
Work with client IT staff to complete technical engagements and transfer basic technical knowledge, leave clients with detailed documentation
Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through completion
Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines
Communicate updates and progress to Team Leads
- Act as a team player to work with team members

to support, resolve, and assist in technical matters
to understand new Cloud, System Center and Virtualization products and technology
to transfer knowledge of relevant experiences and technical knowledge
to understand in-scope and out of scope consulting services
- Assist in supporting and maintaining internal systems where necessary
- Maintain relevant certifications as set forth by the company and role
- Research into new technologies and skill sets within the role requirements
- Keep ahead of the technology by participating in BETA and early release programs for the technology of specialty
- Assist Senior Consultants / Principal Consultant / Practice Lead / Technical Solutions Manager where necessary to feed in content for customer proposals
- Fill in necessary time in worksheets and task list tools
- Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer experience

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in implementing Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience in implementing (including installing or configuring) Microsoft Based technologies, specifically Azure, Office365, Windows Servers, System Center
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft product & solution offerings, preferably knowledge on Windows Server
- Knowledge on Active Directory
- At least two (2) years of technical experience in 3 or more of the following technologies:
Windows Server and managing data centres
Windows Client and supporting the desktop infrastructure
Active Directory
System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM, SCDPM, Orchestrator)
Desktop Management tools (e.g. LanDesk, BigFix, Altiris, SCCM)
Server Monitoring and management tools (e.g. Tivoli, OpenView, CA, BMC, SCOM)
Service Desk solutions (e.g. Remedy, HP, ServiceNow, SCSM)
Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenServer)
Cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
Cloud offering solution like OMS and / or EMS
- Must have a strong focus on team and customer satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel when required

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
