Internal Communications

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes social media outreach and content creation within the internal organization.
- Produce social media content aligned with the organization’s branding style and catering to different target audiences.
- Act as a gatekeeper by working closely with the Brand & Creative Social Group to drive social media traffic, ensuring that produced content aligns with branding guidelines, and provide counsel where necessary.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to drive employer branding-related campaigns and provide support to HRBP (operations).
- Be responsible for internal communications, including company announcements, reporting, newsletters, etc.
- Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and stay up-to-date with relevant developments.
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring the production of high-quality and error-free copywriting.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Serve as the intermediary to work with the management team in the preparation of slide decks and reports.
- Develop winning award write-up content to drive employer branding efforts and strategies.
- Generate content and manage the Managing Director’s LinkedIn profile, sustaining the MD’s leadership presence across the LinkedIn network and more.
- Lead cross-regional social media content alignment with offices in Eastern Europe.
- Ensure the organization’s intranet is up-to-date with the latest content and design.
- Proactively produce content that captivates internal and external audiences.
- Assist in internal organization events, including developing and reviewing emcee content, preparing event flows, and designing materials related to the event, etc.
- Have a keen eye on technology and be interested in exploring Generative AI to improve work efficiency and increase productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of working experience in marketing, social media campaigns/activations, events management, a public relation agency, or any other related field.
- Excellent in both written and verbal English with strong communication skills. Additional advantage if you possess expertise in transferring knowledge or teaching the English language to internal staff members.
- Ability to create compelling presentation decks and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
- Enjoys copywriting, including both short and long-form articles.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in learning and utilizing Gen-AI technologies in your job scope.
- Strong creative thinking and research skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms management (e.g.: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
