**position**:
**RESEARCH NURSE**:

- CLINICAL RESEARCH DEPARTMENT _

**Responsibilities
- Coordinate research programs for the Principal Investigator and/or Investigator in

accordance with research protocols and standard guidelines.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure smooth implementation of research

activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and Principal

Investigators/Investigators, facilitating effective communication and ensuring
research objectives are met.
- Maintain open communication channels with the ethics committee, ensuring

compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the management of study funds, including budget monitoring and expense

tracking.
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of funds for research activities.
- Perform clinical tasks, including blood collection (phlebotomy) and administering

injections, ensuring the safety and comfort of research participants.
- Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines during clinical procedures.
- Enter and maintain accurate research data in the Clinical Research Management

Database.
- Prepare data for department managers' review and analysis, ensuring data integrity

and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing research
- related paperwork.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks delegated by the department manager to

support the smooth functioning of research projects.

**Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing and be registered with the Nursing Board.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a nursing role, with a

preference for experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel,

PowerPoint, and Word, to facilitate data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in phlebotomy skills.
- Possess a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certificate is an advantage
