**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our OSH and ISO training programs and safety consultancy services.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or direct sales, preferably in the safety training or consultancy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of OSH and ISO standards and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
