**Responsibilities**:

- Outsources and Purchase items from awarded project
- Prepare Project Gantt Chart
- Prepare and Update Project Planning and Scheduling
- Issue Request Form & Itinerary (Outstation)
- Collect and Delivery Item
- Conducting a Site Visit
- Follow-up with the Supplier, Client & Receiver
- Prepare letter (Extension of Time (EOT)/Exchange of Supplied Goods/others)
- Manage Supply Chain Management files in Google Drive
- Update and maintaining the data
- Process Local Order (LO) in e-Perolehan
- Manage Company Car (roadtax, insurance, maintenance & cleaning) including record summons and uses for operation purpose
- Managed temporary storage space at NIMSB Puncak Alam and Berkat Bistari Warehouse
- Prepare Actual Costing
- Stocktake
- Assist management in various administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain Management or related field

2. At least 1 year experience in Administration (Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply)

3. Good communication skills

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
