Procurement & Admin Executive

Monitor and manage the procurement activities for non-trade goods (Procure to Pay Process: Requisition, Quotation, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.) by ensuring the effectiveness of execution and the supplier/vendor performance according to the contract compliances.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective operations and procurement plans for each supplier/vendor service and be responsible to prepare, manage, and monitor the budget for the department.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and retail shop leases.
- Oversee, maintain and keep updated records on procurement activity (goods ordered, storing, distributing and goods supplies, maintaining stock levels and disposition) to reduce expenses and cost saving.
- Review and approve the ordering of necessary goods and services cost-effectively.
- Implement and ensure cost-saving measurement awareness across departments to reduce wastage and pilferage.
- Implement sourcing strategies and analyze category details to proactively identify supplier issues to reduce cost, minimize risk and protect the continuity of support.
- Manage office supplies stock, research new deals and suppliers and place orders.
- Maintenance of office equipment and ensuring that these are in operating condition at all times
- Provide administrative support when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years working in the procurement department or office administration. Operations for warehousing are also welcomed;
- Prior experience in office/building operation, Facilities management;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines;
- Able to work in a team and independently with mínimal supervision;
- Able to chase to get things done.
