**Job Description**:

- The role of Business Development Executive is a key point of contact for our clients and to support clients in solving their problems and helping them to achieve their goal while achieving organization sales target. Responsible for supporting a successful client relationship.
Job Scope
First 6 Months (Assist on Existing Clients)
- Support manager in market research, planning and other ad hoc tasks.
- Assist manager in following up and responding to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist manager in contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received products.
- Assist manager in monitor competitors’ step and price campaigns.
- Work closely with manager to learn how he or she approaches clients, market and product knowledge.
- Work closely with manager in developing and maintaining close and productive client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities for existing clients while providing a positive experience for all clients.
- Assist manager in creating monthly sales report, analyzing market data, customers feedback and demands for better sales planning.

After 6 Months Onwards (Bring in New Clients While Maintaining Existing Clients)
- To continue all the above mentioned task.
- Taking a greater ownership of the role by identifying and developing new business, growth strategies and opportunities in the market and maximize long term profitable volume of growth.
- Achieve sales target both in volume, margin, and market share.
- Identify market trends and demands for better sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor steps and price campaigns.
- Analyses the market and determines the sales strategy including a market-specific pricing policy.
- Provide support and after sales services including problem resolution, expert advice, consultancy and strengthening customer relationship.
- Work in close collaboration with customer and sales team to ensure a smooth order handling process.
- Identify new products/target customers, customer preferences and action plans to generate product demand.
- Recommend and implement detailed annual sales operating plans and preparation of sales performance reports for strategic analysis and review on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- To coach and manage the local sales and sales support team in achieving the Company’s objectives and goals and deliver excellent service to the customers.

Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field working experience will be considered.
- Experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.
- Possess positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
