**Providing support to exciting projects**:

- Taking the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together effective sales presentations
- Develop process improvements to improve response time and service quality
- Develop knowledge based on client problems and resolutions
- Ensure all projects are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Set service goals to meet or exceed client expectations

**Provide Support to Sales Team**:

- Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients who have inquiries about our products and service
- Respond to complaints from clients and provide corrective actions
- Inform clients of goods arrival notice, unforeseen delays or problems
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- To prepare and update work-in-progress records by projects, by customers for Client Service representatives

**Collaborate with Other Departments**:

- Working with various departments within the company to pull resources together for Client Servicing when needed
- Monitor the progress of the project from all departments involved, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Plan and assign workload to relevant departments
- Oversee daily workflow to ensure timely deliveries

**; Requirements**:
- A minimum requirement of a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Search Engines)
