Receptionist cum Administrative Officer will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will represent our brand with professionalism and courtesy, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Schedule appointments and test drives, coordinating with sales and service departments.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and presentable.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a luxury retail environment is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
