**What will be asked of you**:
- Minimum working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend

- You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
- Love to help people even if the environment can be fast paced at times
**; Requirements: - Preferred but NOT required**:
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. clinic, medical spa
- Prior work in retail e.g Zara, HandM
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Familiarity with chiro, physiotherapy
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Proficient in use of CRM and WhatsApp
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures
