**Your tasks & responsibilities**:

- Monitor market demand and collaborate with planners for forecasting adjustments.
- Manage inventories for special assortments and improve parts availability.
- Arrange additional stocking for market requests to meet customer needs.
- Manage shelf life parts, including monitoring and scrapping expired items.
- Monitor service level performance towards customers on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with central teams for reporting and improvement measures.
- Arrange annual scrapping of obsolete parts.
- Coordinate EQ battery-related processes and replenishment.
- Identify bottleneck parts and implement measures for availability improvement.
- Make necessary adjustments in planning and reordering based on market situations.
- Maintain correct and valid open order status through regular review.
- Liaise with CRM for order fulfillment and support special customer requirements.

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any discipline.
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Min 3 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business, Supply Chain or Logistics Experience.
- Good knowledge of spare parts business and operations, know-how of inventory management.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to manage conflict.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good working performance individually and as a team.
- Strong command of English is required to communicate with regional countries in Asia Pacific and MB Global GSP colleagues.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of the Laws, regulations and guidelines of national Customs and Free Trade Zone Operations.
- Added advantage but not necessarily compulsory
- SAP Knowledge ECC, CRM, SCM.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
