Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd is a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency. Our head quarter from Hong Kong with branches & teammates in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK & Australia. Providing 10+ years of experience on marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, our aim is to perform high-quality professional service to support global clients develop the new markets in Malaysia & Asia Pacific.

**Job Scope**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be Cantonese speaker, able to read & write English and Chinese
