Develop & execute sales strategies to maximise the contribution from key accounts and achieve / exceed the overall targets segments for all Malaysia Hotels. **What will I be doing?**

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Managing a portfolio of accounts assigned by Director of Sales and/or NDOS.
- Key Account Management: To be responsible for the strategic management of accounts in the portfolio assigned and to monitor its progress with a view to meeting / exceeding the sales revenue targets. To achieve sales targets by account, identifying trends and sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records in DELPHI.
- Developing productive, “Customer Focused” sales relationships with clients.
- Submit in a timely manner, a weekly & monthly sales activity report & sales call plans.
- To keep abreast of Hilton policies, products, systems, services in order to deliver superior sales services and to achieve sales revenue targets.
- Conduct site inspection and corporate entertain
- Analyse performance of existing customers and monitors production and profitability.
- Ensure strategic market intelligence is carried out regularly
- To perform any other sales activities as assigned by the DOS and / or NDOS.
