**Job Descriptions**

Reporting to the O2C Senior Manager you will be responsible to support tasks including reviewing contracts to ensure data in Netsuite and Salesforce is accurate. Build reports in Salesforce that can help monitor and catch anomalies that needs to be updated. Contract Intake Manager also drives for process improvement and efficiency, adhere to accounting and SOX policies, support integration and ad-hoc project and maintain working relationship with customers and internal teams.

**Main Responsibilities**

Day-to-day support of Global Shared Services:

- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission and goals by completing related results timely and efficiently.
- Keep contract and billing data up to date and accurate which matches with Pricebook, contract information which includes, but not limited to SKU data, billing data, ARR, etc. updated into Netsuite to support billing and revenue recognition, as well as interfaces to Salesforce to support key reports such as ARR.
- Ensure contract renewal data is up to date and accurate and making sure it is captured into Netsuite.
- Reviews Finance ARR Reports
- Supports accounting month end close activities and monitors completion of contract review/Pre Sales Order requests in Netsuite
- Regular review of processes, document and maintain desk procedures
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with corporate and local financial legal requirements.
- Comply, review and supports audit and SOX controls requirements.
- Escalation and resolution point of contact.
- Drives process improvements, standardization and enhance efficiency
- Assists with acquisition integration activities for all newly acquired companies
- Supports management in completing special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Works closely with local countries to ensure operation runs smoothly.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers, sales and internal accounting team
- People management which includes development, planning, recruitment, and performance assessment.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or business-related field
- 5+ years of combined experience in Contract Management or Order-to-Cash role at a software tech company (SaaS experience preferred)
- 3+ years in leadership/management position
- Experience working in a high growth organization and Shared Service Center environment
- Track record of working with all levels of sales reps and executives
