2. Generate and prepare all inventory reports to Management, Internal and External parties as per requirements.

3. Provide monthly material consumption reports to Management in line with monthly cost review.

4. Prepare and retrieve all inventory reports, preforming monthly reconciliation and to rectify any reconciling items, via adjustments made within the same month and / or within 60 days.

5. Coordinate in annual stock count, and its reconciliation to the underlying accounting records.

6. Perform monthly / quarterly cycle counts with Logistics teams.

7. Review the erroneous detected in the cost accounting system and to monitor the trend, examine it and resolve in assisting the relevant supervisor/staff to resolve it.

8. Assist in query or involve in yearly audit which is relating to inventory matter.

9. Provide support and guidance to internal department, eg. Logistic /production for any inventory matter.

10. Establish desk procedures or work flow and reports for continuous improvements.

11. Perform check on computerized accounting system function thru review of parameter setting and Query report and recommend counter-measure where requires.

12. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Qualifications Minimum requirement**:
Degree in accounting /equivalent professional qualification.

**Work Experience**

1. Fresh graduate or 1 year experience for Executive.

2. More than 3 years’ of experience for Senior Executive.

3. Familiar with ERP system.

**Soft Skills**

1. Fluent in English language and able to chair monthly meeting.

2. Problem solving skill is added knowledge.

**Interpersonal Skills**

1. Able to work as team leader and tean player.

2. Able to work on minimum supervision

**Salary**: RM2,550.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
