**Responsibilities**:

- Perform secretarial work and day to day administrative support
- Answering phone calls and managing memo, correspondence, minutes of meeting
- To assist in events and projects as required
- To assist & follow up on matters raised
- Prepare quotation and agreement upon request.
- To apply, update, and renew the company’s license, membership etc
- To be responsible to SAQ, documents required by suppliers or customers
- Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned from time to time.

**Position Specifications**

1. At least Diploma or above.

2. At least 1 year in secretarial work, office administration or related field.

3. Familiar with secretarial and administrative duties.

4. Able to work independently.

6. Well speaking and writing skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.

7. Experience in draft, vetting, reviewing in agreement is an added benefit

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
