**Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic partners in client organizations, creating business opportunities to accelerate market penetration and growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines, aligned with Worldline's regional and global objectives.
- Demonstrates product and market knowledge, in negotiating, structuring, and closing deals that meet clients’ expectations and Worldline’s ability to deliver.
- Drive effective sales enablement for your team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast with the latest in the payments and banking landscape in Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- Represent Worldline at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and thought leadership.

- **Min 5 - 7 **years **of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the payments industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian payments and banking landscape.
- Familiarity of various payment solutions and their value proposition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
