**Scope of Work**

ROLES:

- To prepare the turnaround preparation and execution schedule showing key activities schedule and duration, early and late start dates, early finish and late finish dates, total and free float, and the critical path.
- To compile the budget and actual cost of materials and services and report it to the Turnaround Manager, every week.
- Monitor Turnaround progress, i.e Actual against Plan

**Preparation Phase**
- Compile all the planning data, assessment of man-hours, validate and agree with the turnaround schedule with respective Area Planners.
- Attend the major job review meetings and identify the critical paths of the turnaround.
- Attend the daily preparation meeting highlighting work progress relating to expanded man-hours and job completion and action plans on areas of concern.
- Attend the planning meetings and report on progress to the preparation team.
- Monitor the planning of progress and keep the Turnaround Manager, Area Planners, and the Area Teams updated with developments.
- Set up the planning update systems and monitor the progress against the plan. Produce monthly 'S' curves to monitor the same.
- Monitor and report the status of turnaround material and services cost every month for the turnaround meeting and compile the final turnaround material and services cost.
- Communicate with the CLIENT Turnaround department concerning project duration and interface works.
- Estimate manpower and equipment loading based on feedback from the planner.

**Execution Phase**
- Liaise with Turnaround Area-Co-Ordinator and Contractor to report to the Turnaround Manager on areas of concern relating to progress and assessment of manning levels to ensure duration is met. Produce daily 'S' curves to monitor the same.
- Monitor the Late/Emergent works and the effect on the Turnaround Plan Schedule.
- Ensure the Area-Co-Ordinator updates the daily plan to reflect the actual status of developments.

**Post Turnaround Phase**
- To produce a planning and costing report on the completion of the turnaround and compile all relevant planning documentation for the final close-out report.

**Education Attainment**:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering

**Work Experience:

- **
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning and Scheduling and involved in at least 2 major Turnaround/Projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera (p6) Certified.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
