Finance & Accounts Executive

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- Possess good oral, interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking and meet deadlines with self-initiatives.
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure Knowledge of Oracle Software will be an added advantage.
- Attention to details and meticulous
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of the reports
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage
- Good time management

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle day to day operations in Finance Department
- Responsible for full set of accounts of the company
- Maintaining and updating all Balance Sheet Schedules and propose for any adjustments if required
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist in Annual Budget, monitoring actual performance against budget and analysis of the variance
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and other regulatory requirements
- Manage Accounts Receivable - invoicing, bank documentation and credit control
- Monitoring Cashflow position
- Responsible for Banking and Treasury matters
- Verify and update Production Report
- Assist in implementing and developing proper internal controls and accounting policies
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, secretaries and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters
- Assist in any other ad-hoc finance related matters as and when required

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,293.84 - RM4,000.00 per month
