Sales and Mmarketing Executive

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Manage and maintain the company's website, social media channels and other digital marketing platform.
- Plan and execute events, webinars and other marketing activities to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sale. product development and customer support to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Conduct market research to better undestand customer needs and preferences and use this information to inform future marketing plans.
- Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and use these insights to optimize future initiatives.

Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking and other business development initiatives.
- Develop relationship with potential customers and work to expand the company's customer base.
- Any other duties or ad-hoc tasks potentially assigned by the management.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
