**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating appointments and preparing relevant materials.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on customer service metrics and administrative activities.
- Monitor trends in customer inquiries and issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.
