**Requirements**:

- Min. SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year experience in call center
- Can start immediately

**Job scope**:

- Supporting on telco matter in call center role.
- As a critical front line position, responsible for handling important services interactions through inbound/outbound calls with customer on daily basis.
- Functions as a customer service professional that politely and proficiently attends to service request, ranging from simple to more complex queries and sets about offering the appropriate solutions to address the raised service requests.
- Able to multi task in a fast paced team environment, with the ability to operate flexible hours, including evening/weekend and holidays.
- Maintain good relationships and community building efforts withcorporate customers.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
