As a specialized Medical Devices Commercial Specialist focused on Neurological and Cardiovascular products, you will play a key role in presenting and explaining technologies and specifications to Direct Distributors and Doctors. With a target on the APAC Market and eventual global expansion post-certification, your responsibilities will include engaging in sales-related activities, managing operating expenditures, and driving sales in the Neuro and Cardio sectors.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide input to specialized medical sales plans for Neuro and Cardio products based on experience. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for designated businesses/territories.
- Track self-progress against key performance indicators and sales plans, prioritizing and reviewing daily sales activities with a specific focus on Neurological and Cardiovascular products.
- Conduct calls/visits to existing and prospective customers, soliciting orders, performing demonstrations, and presenting quotations for Neuro and Cardio devices. Emphasize product features and customer benefits during presentations.
- Serve as the Product Specialist to Direct Distributors and Doctors, presenting and explaining technologies and specifications of Neuro and Cardio devices.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotation/tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms adhering to company policies, focusing on Neuro and Cardio products.
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities and products, particularly in the Neuro and Cardio medical device sectors.
- Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes, maintaining customer information in relevant customer relationship management databases.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, plans, and customer satisfaction, with a particular focus on Neurological and Cardiovascular products.
- Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer concerns related to Neuro and Cardio devices.
- Respond to customer orders and queries promptly, informing them of promotions and new/upgraded Neuro and Cardio products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of Neuro and Cardio products, supporting relationship development with key customers.
- Preparing marketing materials and presentation slides.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Neurological and Cardiovascular medical device industry, market trends, competitors, customers, and effective selling skills.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for Neuro and Cardio products within assigned territories.
- Willingness to travel outstation and cover multiple areas with a specific focus on Neurological and Cardiovascular device sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in the context of Neuro and Cardio products.
- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

**Education**:

- Degree or professional qualification in a Science
- or Medical-related discipline
- With a minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Neurological and Cardiovascular medical devices.

**Additional Competencies**:

- Generate leads/sales and commit to customer service by building relationships, especially in the Neuro and Cardio sectors.
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research specific to Neuro and Cardio products.
- Commitment to achieving sales targets set by the company, with a focus on Neuro and Cardio sales.
- Increase customer satisfaction and provide outstanding key account management skills, particularly in the context of Neurological and Cardiovascular devices.
- Continuously improve product and clinical knowledge, displaying relevant soft skills to understand customer requirements and gain acceptance, particularly in the Neuro and Cardio domains.
- Prepare for the APAC Market entry and subsequent global expansion after obtaining necessary certifications.

**Salary**: RM60,000.00 - RM100,000.00 per year
